There are certain principals that I found to be absolutely critical in regards to boosting fertility and increasing your chances of getting pregnant.
Of course you don’t have to follow or implement them all but try to commit to at least 4 of these principals and this will increase your chances of conceiving.
Here are my 8 commandments for boosting fertility:
Commandment # 1: Get plenty of rest. Make a decision to go to bed early and get up later. Your body needs at least 8 hours of good quality sleep in order to be able to withstand the rigors of a pregnancy.
Commandment # 2: Stop eating Junk food. Now is not the time to fill your body with a lot of sugar, additives and preservatives. Give your body the nutrients it needs to do the job you have in store for it. Fill up on plenty of fresh
foods including vegetables and whole grains.
Commandment # 3: Exercise regularly. If only to walk around the block at lunchtime, be sure to get some sort of physical exercise each and every day.
Commandment # 4: Stop Smoking. It’s horrible for you – and worse for a growing fetus!
Commandment # 5: Stay Away from alcohol and caffeine. That means no more sugared drinks, soda pop, coffee and cocktails.
Commandment # 6: Stay away from cold foods and drinks. Don’t add ice to your drinks or indulge in freezer foods like ice cream.
Commandment #7: Wear a hat. Be sure to dress warmly in the colder months and be sure to keep your head covered in all sorts of weather.
Commandment #8: Be sure to dry your hair before stepping outdoors. Never leave the house with a wet head.
